Job description

Shear International Co. Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shared Services Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia . This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to lead and optimise our shared services operations. The Shared Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing a variety of critical functions, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across the organisation. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a proven track record of success in shared services management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of various shared services functions, including but not limited to HR, IT, and administration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality across all shared service functions.
  • Lead and motivate a team of shared services professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and ensure service delivery meets their requirements.
  • Implement and maintain robust processes and controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in shared services management.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of shared services operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 10 years' experience in a Shared Services Management role, preferably within a multinational organization.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with implementing process improvements and driving efficiency gains.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technologies.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
