Sales Account Manager

Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring achievement of sales targets. - Develop and execute account plans to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth. - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to deliver on client expectations. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. - Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to senior management. Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales roles, preferably in a B2B or technology environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
