Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts to ensure long-term success
Build and maintain strong client relationships across sectors
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs and inquiries
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing and potential networks
Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
Supervise and guide account representatives to meet sales goals
Track and report on account performance, transactions, and forecasts
Set and monitor sales targets aligned with company objectives
Analyze sales metrics and suggest strategies for growth and improvement
Contribute to annual budgeting and revenue planning
Skills
Demonstrated success in
B2B sales , ideally within the
uniforms, textiles, or apparel
sectors
Exceptional
communication, negotiation, and client service
abilities
Proven capacity to
manage multiple accounts
and
lead sales teams
toward performance targets
Proficiency in
CRM platforms , sales analytics tools, and
forecasting techniques
proactive, solution-driven mindset
with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Fluency in English
Arabic proficiency is mandatory
Strong
business writing skills , particularly in formal correspondence, are a distinct advantage
