Job descriptionEnsure that all clients are handled in a professional and efficient standard of excellence. Control and account for all transactions processed at the reception desk. Respond to all telephone calls and enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Actively promote and sell all available services. Previous experience as Spa Receptionist in a five-star hotel High proficiency in both written and verbal English. Computer Skills Effective Training skills Willing to work on extended duty hours.
