Overview We are seeking a Receptionist who is professional, friendly, and organized to join our company team located in Industrial Area, Jeddah. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, handling phone calls, and supporting administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms and preparing refreshments for guests.
Support administrative and HR tasks as needed.
Maintain a log of visitors and appointments.
Qualifications
Saudi National
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communication, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Presentable appearance, polite, and customer-oriented.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
