IT Project Manager

700Apps is on the lookout for a dedicated IT Project Manager to lead a variety of exciting technology projects. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that all objectives are met with efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with a diverse team of IT professionals, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that our projects not only meet business goals but also exceed client expectations. Responsibilities

Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Define project scope, create detailed project plans, and deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders. Manage team members and resources effectively to maximize productivity and project success. Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency. Ensure quality control throughout the project delivery process. Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Lead project meetings, providing clear guidance and direction. Support and mentor project team members to enhance their skills and performance. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, especially Agile and Waterfall. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or JIRA. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
