Responsibilities

• Managing the IT teams, ensures compliance with data protection standards, and provides technical guidance for digital transformation efforts related to SAP B1 and other IT applications.
• Overseeing the company's technological strategy, including the implementation and management of SAP B1 (SAP Business One) to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and support growth.
• Evaluation, customization, and integration of SAP B1 modules such as finance, sales, MM, inventory, and manufacturing, ensuring seamless operation across departments.
• Collaborate with senior management to align technology initiatives with business goals, oversee system upgrades, security, and user training, and stay updated on emerging technology trends to recommend innovative solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain the organization\'s cybersecurity measures, IT infrastructure, networking, and server systems.
• Protect company data and systems from cyber threats by deploying firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security protocols, as well as conducting regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Manage network configuration, ensure optimal performance and uptime of servers, and support the deployment of hardware and software solutions.
• Monitor network traffic, troubleshoot connectivity issues, perform backups, and ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Stay updated on emerging security threats and technological advancements to proactively safeguard the company\'s IT environment.
• Establish and maintain efficient and reliable technology operations, including systems infrastructure, network, data management and security protocols for high performance, uptime and data integrity.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies.
• Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring data privacy and security regulations compliance.
• Advise management on planned IT changes and provide ideas for improvements within the corporate office through IT processes and new technology.
• Ensure overall alignment of the Strategic Market IT Roadmap within the Management team
• Manage relationships with internal and external third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
