Riyadh Our client is seeking a strategic leader to drive the growth and profitability of Marine and Specialty insurance lines. The successful candidate will develop and implement business strategies, lead a high-performing team, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability Lead and develop a high-performing team of underwriters Oversee underwriting, portfolio management, and risk management Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls Analyze and report on financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Maritime Studies, Engineering, or related field Master's degree or certifications (e.g., ACII, CPCU) are desirable 15+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on Marine and Specialty lines Expertise in underwriting, pricing, and reinsurance for Marine and Specialty risks Strong knowledge of operational risk, regulatory compliance, and internal controls Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
