AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to diverse natural environments. Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising rooms and suites, as well as villas with private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all designed to offer bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa, the Organic Spa Garden, and extensive wellness and fitness facilities. The property will offer guided hikes, mountain biking, canyoning, and equestrian trails, plus a 27-hole oceanfront golf course. About the role
Lead the marine biology team in delivering educational, research, and conservation programs that enhance guest experiences and promote sustainability. What You Will Do
Supervise marine biology programs, research, and conservation projects. Guide and train the team in guest interactions and marine education. Conduct engaging presentations, snorkel tours, and discovery activities. Ensure all marine operations follow environmental and safety standards. Collaborate with external partners on sustainability initiatives. Qualifications
Degree in Marine Biology or Environmental Science. Previous supervisory or leadership experience. Strong knowledge of marine ecosystems and conservation practices. Excellent public speaking and guest engagement skills. Passion for sustainability and ocean life. What We Offer
