Chief Accountant

The Chief Accountant will take full ownership of accounting and finance operations (A–Z) across two investment entities, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and financial management. This role includes preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, handling investment and commercial revenue accounting, and ensuring adherence to Saudi regulations and international standards. You will liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities, while providing financial insights to support investment decisions and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience as Chief Accountant / Senior Accountant in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong background in real estate, investment, or financial services.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to work independently and manage full accounting functions across multiple entities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
