Accountant

Overview

Sihamco based in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations, and supporting financial reporting and audits. Previous experience in the F&B or restaurant and hotel industry is preferred.

Relocation + Accommodation + yearly flights back home are provided for the main applicant only.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation
• Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile financial discrepancies
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor and record fixed assets, depreciation, and amortization schedules
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Assist in VAT and other tax filings in compliance with Saudi regulations
• Support internal and external audits with appropriate documentation
• Ensure compliance with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) requirements
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Coordinate with other departments for financial data and reporting
