Senior SAP & HRIS Recruitment Consultant Seeking SAP BPOs / Workstream Leads for a Major S / 4HANA Programme in Saudi Arabia

Masentó Group is supporting a major SAP S / 4HANA transformation for a highly regulated organisation in Saudi Arabia. As the programme enters its next phase, we are building a shortlist of Lead‑level SAP consultants across several key domains.

This is a high‑impact, security‑sensitive environment working directly with manufacturing, supply chain, maintenance, and integration teams

onsite in Saudi Arabia.

We are looking to connect with Senior SMEs / BPOs / Workstream Leads in :

100% onsite is the expected delivery model

A 3‑1 rotation model (3 weeks onsite / 1 week off)

High‑security clearance required (fully supported by the client)

Strong preference for EU‑based consultants

Experience in defence, aerospace, heavy engineering, or high‑security environments

Prior Middle East project experience is highly beneficial

Shortlist being assembled this week

Expected start : Early 2026 (post visa + clearance)

Duration : 18+ months
