Job Purpose
This position assists in the development and Level 2 support of technical solutions in SAP BI, ensuring efficient, timely delivery and adherence to defined quality standards as per policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Responsibilities
- Business Solutions and Automation : implement Solution Manager functionalities; act as subject matter expert, work with process owners, architects, and delivery teams to identify opportunities to automate SAP processes using Solution Manager; resolve production incidents within SLAs.
- Analysis and Documentation : produce high quality technical documents for all implementations, ensuring compliance with standards and templates; perform and document impact analysis and development estimates for Requests for Change and Project Assessments / Scoping with accurate effort estimates and low‑level designs.
- Project Management : assist in preparation of project plans, define scope, and prepare work plans within project framework.
- HR Proficiency : maintain up‑to‑date soft and technical skills; develop a career path vision and plan.
- Delivery : perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets, utilize resources effectively, and provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
- Problem‑Solving : solve related problems and elevate any complex operational issues.
- Quality : ensure quality requirements are met and develop effective quality control processes, including specifications for products or activities.
- Business Process Improvement : coordinate written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities.
- Compliance : adhere to related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Health, Safety, and Environment : ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high‑quality products / services.
Qualifications
