The company is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor - RX to lead and achieve sales targets for pharmaceutical products to healthcare specialists such as doctors and pharmacists. The Supervisor will provide information about the benefits, usage, and dosage of various products, and help build professional relationships with practitioners to increase product awareness and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- To achieve monthly and annual sales target as laid out in the sales forecast.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Promoting the company's items to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company medications.
- Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers.
- Researching competitor’s medications and their respective market performances.
- Representing strong and wide portfolio of products to our partners.
- To achieve coverage and frequency of targeted customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.6+ years' of pharmaceutical sales experience.SCFHS Membership.Skills
