The HVAC Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share for RUUD’s DX and VRF product lines in western region. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of HVAC systems, and proven ability to build relationships with distribution partners, contractors, consultants, & developers. The Regional Sales Manager will lead a team of sales engineers, ensuring achievement of targets, expansion of the customer base, and execution of the company’s strategic vision in alignment with RUUD’s brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for DX & VRF products in western region to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets.
Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales engineers to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
Establish and strengthen relationships with distribution partners, contractors, consultants & developers.
Identify and secure new business opportunities, channel partnerships, and distribution networks to expand market penetration.
Oversee the negotiation, signing, and execution of commercial agreements with HVAC dealers and contractors.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to provide market intelligence and ensure competitive positioning.
Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management in line with company KPIs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
10+ years of progressive HVAC sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of DX and VRF technologies, applications, and market dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Established network of distribution partners, contractors, consultants & developers in western region.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
