The Project

This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury development in Riyadh, KSA. Mace is providing project management consultancy services.

The senior reporting manager is responsible for leading reporting within the project controls function across a complex programme, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to internal and external stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in supporting programme delivery through effective data management, risk reporting, change tracking, and performance analysis.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Developing and maintaining tools / forms to collect programme status from stakeholders.
• Managing the production, validation, and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports.
• Establishing and overseeing timelines for report submissions and reviews.
• Consolidating, reviewing, and issuing dashboards; escalating risks / issues as needed.
• Defining dashboard requirements and ensuring delivery aligns with user needs.
• Implementing consistent reporting procedures and conducting quality reviews.
• Using SharePoint, PowerBI, PMIS, and data modelling to ensure traceable, reliable insights.
• Supporting cost, schedule, change, risk, and performance reporting processes.
• Facilitating reviews, ensuring transparent reporting, and responding professionally.
• Identifying process enhancements and staying updated on best practices and tools.
