Mace is providing project management consultancy services. The senior reporting manager is responsible for leading reporting within the project controls function across a complex programme, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to internal and external stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in supporting programme delivery through effective data management, risk reporting, change tracking, and performance analysis. You’ll Be Responsible For Developing and maintaining tools / forms to collect programme status from stakeholders. Managing the production, validation, and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports. Establishing and overseeing timelines for report submissions and reviews. Consolidating, reviewing, and issuing dashboards; escalating risks / issues as needed. Defining dashboard requirements and ensuring delivery aligns with user needs. Implementing consistent reporting procedures and conducting quality reviews. Using SharePoint, PowerBI, PMIS, and data modelling to ensure traceable, reliable insights. Supporting cost, schedule, change, risk, and performance reporting processes. Facilitating reviews, ensuring transparent reporting, and responding professionally. Identifying process enhancements and staying updated on best practices and tools. You’ll Need To Have Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; PMP certification; active membership or pursuit of professional bodies (e.g., RICS, APM). Extensive experience in consultancy / construction sectors with strong leadership across large teams. Skilled in cost, schedule, change, and risk management; familiar with reporting frameworks and methodologies. Strong data interpretation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills; high emotional intelligence. Proven ability to mentor, foster a positive culture, and implement effective processes and behavioral values.
