This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury - use development in Riyadh, KSA. Mace is providing project management consultancy services. You’ll be responsible for

Develop and maintain tools / forms to collect programme status from stakeholders. Manage production, validation, and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports. Establish and oversee timelines for report submissions and reviews. Consolidate, review, and issue dashboards; escalate risks / issues as needed. Define dashboard requirements and ensure delivery aligns with user needs. Implement consistent reporting procedures and conduct quality reviews. Use SharePoint, PowerBI, PMIS, and data modelling to ensure traceable, reliable insights. Support cost, schedule, change, risk, and performance reporting processes. Facilitate reviews, ensure transparent reporting, and respond professionally. Identify process enhancements and stay updated on best practices and tools. You’ll need to have

Bachelor’s in engineering or related field; PMP certified; active membership or pursuit of professional bodies (e.g., RICS, APM). Extensive experience in consultancy / construction sectors with strong leadership across large teams. Skilled in cost, schedule, change, and risk management; familiar with reporting frameworks and methodologies. Strong data interpretation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills; high emotional intelligence. Proven ability to mentor, foster positive culture, and implement effective processes and behavioural values.
