As a Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you bring energy, strategic thinking, and a genuine passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities, driving both organizational success and candidate satisfaction.

Supports the smooth running of the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring all recruitment processes are managed and delivered to the highest standards.

Works proactively to source, attract, and select top talent, delivering a responsive and solution-focused approach to hiring needs.

Delivers on recruitment plans where staffing goals and hotel talent strategies are achieved.

Partners with key stakeholders to understand workforce needs, ensuring a seamless hiring process and a strong candidate experience.

Manages recruitment budgets and resources efficiently, while supporting workforce planning and talent pipelines.

Builds and maintains strong relationships with hiring managers, external partners, and potential candidates to ensure ongoing talent engagement.

Oversees the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, providing recommendations that enhance team performance and add value to the business.

Ensures compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices throughout the recruitment process, maintaining accurate documentation for audits and follow-up as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and a lead-by-example work style.

Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience with a passion for the hospitality industry.

Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies, offering innovative advice and recommendations to hiring managers.

Personal integrity, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that demands excellence, dedication, and energy.

Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment platforms.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
