Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Household Cook who can prepare a wide variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and nutritional value. A background in diet, health-conscious, and nutritional meals is essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and ingredient lists with accuracy.
• Develop and execute weekly meal plans in coordination with household preferences.
• Recipe Research & Innovation
• Search the internet and cookbooks for new recipes and food trends.
• Experiment with innovative dishes while maintaining balance and nutrition.
• Adapt recipes to meet dietary needs and health preferences.
• Diet & Nutrition
• Prepare health-focused meals including diet, low-calorie, and nutritional food.
• Ensure meals are well-balanced and support the household’s health goals.
• Incorporate seasonal and fresh ingredients into menus.
• Kitchen Management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
• Manage pantry and refrigerator inventory; track ingredients and supplies.
• Create shopping lists and coordinate with household staff for purchasing.
