NEOM . This role oversees multiple high-volume catering operations, providing top-tier food experiences across various locations in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
This is not a hotel or restaurant role.
You’ll be leading in a
central production kitchen and remote site catering model , delivering consistent excellence to thousands of daily diners—mirroring the complexity and logistical demands of cruise line operations.

multi-site catering operations
across remote workforce hubs and central kitchens.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Executive Chefs across various NEOM sites
Develop menus and systems that guarantee consistency, quality, and profitability
Drive food safety, HACCP compliance, and operational excellence
Collaborate on budget, staffing, and supply chain with the Project Manager
Champion innovation and sustainable practices in large-scale food production
You bring
Cruise ship or multinational catering experience
10–15 years in culinary operations, including team leadership
Culinary degree + strong multi-cuisine background
Fluent English + 3rd party English certification required
Salary : 20,000 to 22,000 SAR per month
