PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB
You will provide daily, international meals to a household of around 20 people. You will prepare weekly menu’s and will be responsible for the budgeting and purchasing of food items. You will ensure compliance with the highest quality, hygiene, and health standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will include :
- 6 day work week;
- Organization and maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen, dining room and all food storage and prep. areas;
- Providing breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert when necessary;
- Preparing the monthly menu (in agreement with the owner);
- To work independently and with minimal to little supervision;
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Requirements :
