Technical Service Engineer (KSA)

Responsibilities

• Interface between our customers and Sungrow.
• Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Run a diagnosis on errors or technical problems.
• Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.
• Perform all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks as well as upgrades or rework activities.
• Support the Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services.
• Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.
• Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations.
• Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.
• Support MENA Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities.
• Achieve consistent customer satisfaction ratings and respond appropriately to customer feedback on areas for improvement.
• Prepare documentations and work instructions (in English).
• Participate in the claim management and RMA process.
• Documentation for QA, customer feedback and analysis support.
• Take over on-call duties, partly on weekends and nights as needed.
• Above requirement is for both residential and utility projects.
