Responsibilities

Interface between our customers and Sungrow.

Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.

Run a diagnosis on errors or technical problems.

Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.

Perform all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks as well as upgrades or rework activities.

Support the Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services.

Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.

Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations.

Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.

Support MENA Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities.

Achieve consistent customer satisfaction ratings and respond appropriately to customer feedback on areas for improvement.

Prepare documentations and work instructions (in English).

Participate in the claim management and RMA process.

Documentation for QA, customer feedback and analysis support.

Take over on-call duties, partly on weekends and nights as needed.

Above requirement is for both residential and utility projects.

Qualifications

Education as an Electrical technician or Engineer.

Experience in Energy Storage Systems.

Experience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial.

Experience in claim handling, solution finding and execution.

Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.

Ability to work independently and structured in an international environment.

Strong customer orientation, good discipline, team spirit and self-motivation.

Good knowledge of MS Office and comparable software tools.

Driving license.

Based in Saudi (VISA support will be provided).

Willing to work on-call duty AND to travel locally and within the region.

Work from home office.
