Oracle BRM ECE Support Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle BRM ECE Support Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) implementations and support, as well as expertise across key BRM product areas. You will be responsible for managing ECE configurations, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and bug fixes, while ensuring seamless billing and revenue management operations in a telecom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Oracle ECE environments, including cartridge and extension development, monitoring, and bug fixing.
• Design and implement pricing configurations and perform setups through PDC (Pricing Design Center) .
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ECE and BRM applications.
• Design and manage price plans (products, discounts, charges, etc.).
• Fix incidents in customized BRM systems using OPCODES .
• Configure and manage online / offline charging with ECE.
• Monitor and maintain ECE performance and ensure system availability.
• Work on Invoice Customization and Notification Framework enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on RODOD , ECE , and BIP integrations.
