Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional / technical designs for modules such as Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Absence, Performance, Learning.
- Configure HCM setups including flexfields, approvals, workflows, fast formulas, roles, and grade / absence structures.
- Develop custom objects using SQL, PL / SQL, APIs, Interfaces, Conversions, Oracle Reports / Forms.
- Support HR & Payroll operations (payroll runs, absence calculations, workflow issues).
- Collaborate with technical teams on migrations across DEV / TEST / PROD.
- Perform SIT / UAT testing, troubleshooting issues across functional and technical layers.
- Prepare documentation (BRD, MD50, MD70, test scripts, setup documents).
- Provide training, KT, and post-go-live support.
- Integrate Oracle HCM with external systems (attendance, finance, government systems such as eltizam, sarf, GOSI, etc.).
Requirements
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and HR processes.Technical expertise in SQL, PL / SQL, Fast Formulas, APIs, Interfaces, Oracle Reports / Forms.Experience with workflows, AME, SSHR personalization, and customizations.Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Understanding of payroll rules and HR regulatory frameworks.Seniority level
