Job Description

• Strong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and minimum 2 Fusion project implementation experience is a must.
• Good functional knowledge and hands‑on experience in Fusion HCM modules such as Global HCM, Payroll and must have worked as a solution architect in HCM.
• Good to have implementation experience in other HCM modules (Global HCM, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, Recruitment, Performance Mgmt, Workforce Compensation, Learning Management, Talent Management)
• Should have expertise on functional configuration of Oracle for multiple organizations that use Oracle HCM on Fusion as an integrated ERP suite.
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process.
• Prior experience in managing activities such as Configurations & Migrations with due process adherence.
• Conduct Requirement Gathering / CRP / UAT sessions with client and onsite team.
• Work with Client Onsite teams to configure the system and resolve the issues resulting in post implementation.
• Impact analysis and propose solutions for the enhancement requests.
• Perform Unit / System Integration testing.
