Job Purpose
Job Purpose — Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for attracting suitable candidates for open job positions and assessing their relevant knowledge and experience. The Recruiter remains up to date on the requirements of the various positions in the company and acts as an advocate for new and established employees.
Key Result Areas
- Identifying the nature of recruitment (Replacement or New Joiner).
- Ensure that new candidates are aligned with the same group of position (Salary, benefit) compared with actual staff to avoid any structure gap.
- Ensure that all areas (Corporate or Operations) are covered with necessary workforce as per recruitment budget.
- Prepare job descriptions alongside line managers for required positions.
- Post Job Ads and headhunt through various job portals.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies to obtain CVs of candidates.
- Screen, filter, and select qualified candidates for interviews with Management.
- Interview candidates and convey feedback to restaurant managers / corporate managers when needed.
- Collect necessary documents from all candidates and check their legal status to ensure eligibility to join the company.
- Follow up with line managers for feedback on candidate trials as per deadlines.
- Provide candidates with offer letters once approved by the restaurant / hiring managers.
- Recruit candidates under sponsorship of manpower agencies, whether local or overseas.
- Hand over all necessary documents to proceed with employment visa for candidates to the HR Admin and PRO and follow up weekly on visa status.
- Ensure all new candidates receive their uniform & name tag if applicable.
- Conduct onboarding for all new joiners before their effective joining date.
- Open new files for all new joiners and create joining reports in the database.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies & the finance department concerning candidate payment (once employee transfers under sponsorship).

DegreeBasic Knowledge for administration workflowAble to monitor all kinds of documents and files as per standard.Ability to work under pressure & capable to raise high qualifications and skills against work monotony.Good knowledge of administration F&B Operation needs.Time Management and ability to work with deadlines.Knowledge and skills in UAE Labor Law & General Law.Well organized, attention to detail.Must be able to work well independently but also work as part of a team.Knowledge of Filing workflow in HR-Department.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : ﷼9,000.00 - ﷼11,000.00 per month
