Advisor - Talent Acquisition

We are seeking an experienced Advisor - Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates and support our organizations growth objectives.

• Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and hiring needs
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create compelling job descriptions
• Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards social media and professional networks to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders
• Implement and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies to streamline the recruitment process
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners including recruitment agencies and universities
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators
• Stay updated on industry trends best practices and local labor laws to ensure compliance and effectiveness of recruitment efforts
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the organizations reputation as an employer of choice
