We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with +3 years of proven expertise to lead growth initiatives, identify new opportunities, and build strong relationships that drive revenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating strategies to expand market presence, forging partnerships, and ensuring long-term business sustainability. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies and targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across local and international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Lead negotiations, structure deals, and manage contracts to ensure favorable outcomes. Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance, and product) to align business development initiatives with company goals. Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen brand presence. Create detailed reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management and investors. Mentor fostering a high-performance culture. Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships. Strong negotiation, networking, and deal-closing skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities (Arabic & English preferred). Solid understanding of financial modeling, ROI analysis, and contract management. Ability to design professional presentations and reports using Canva or similar tools. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth industries is a plus. Seniority level
