Job description
  • ملم بمحتوى هيئة المحتوى المحلي.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات المالية لتعزيز أداء الشركة.
  • إدارة التدفقات النقدية، وإعداد الميزانيات، وضبط التكاليف.
  • تحليل الأداء المالي وتقديم التوصيات الاستراتيجية للإدارة العليا.
  • الإشراف على جميع العمليات المالية بما في ذلك المحاسبة، والضرائب، والزكاة، والتقارير الدورية.
  • وضع وتحسين السياسات والإجراءات المالية ونظم الرقابة الداخلية.
  • إدارة العلاقات مع البنوك والمراجعين والجهات التنظيمية ذات الصلة.
  • قيادة وتوجيه فريق المالية لتحقيق الأهداف المحددة للقسم.

    • Skills

    • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة وتنفيذ متطلبات المحتوى المحلي.
    • درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة (ويُعد الحصول على درجة الماجستير أو شهادات مهنية مثل CPA أو CMA ميزة إضافية).
    • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المجال المالي، منها 5 سنوات في مناصب قيادية.
    • خبرة سابقة في شركات المقاولات أو الإنشاءات شرط أساسي.
    • معرفة قوية بأنظمة المالية، ويفضّل وجود خبرة في نظام Odoo ERP .
    • مهارات ممتازة في التخطيط المالي، والتحليل، واتخاذ القرار.
    • إلمام تام بمعايير التقارير المالية الدولية (IFRS) ومعايير الامتثال المالي.
