Senior Project Controls Manager

Overview

Senior Project Controls Manager, with a minimum of 15 years’ management experience, is responsible for ensuring that the project management function operates efficiently across the Consultant’s organization and with external stakeholders. They will develop and implement a comprehensive Service Delivery Plan covering all activities, including schedule performance and deviation tracking. They will review and manage each O&M Contractor’s operation and maintenance schedules against the Employer’s requirements and objectives, ensuring that contractors and third parties meet agreed performance targets and milestones. The role also includes developing and enforcing scheduling, document control, and reporting procedures, ensuring full compliance with contractual and operational standards. Key Responsibilities

Project Controls Oversight : Develop and maintain a Service Delivery Plan for all project control activities; monitor schedule performance and identify deviations across all project phases; ensure efficient project management practices within the Consultant’s organization and with external interfaces. Schedule Management : Review and manage O&M Contractors’ operation and maintenance schedules; ensure alignment with the Employer’s objectives and contractual milestones; track progress and performance against key deliverables. Compliance & Procedures : Develop and maintain Risk Management practices and reporting dashboards; develop and implement scheduling, document control, and reporting procedures. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 15 years of management experience in project controls, preferably in the rail or metro sector. Proven expertise in schedule management, document control, and performance tracking. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
