is seeking a highly experienced

Senior Project Controls Manager

to join our team in Riyadh. This leadership role is critical to ensuring the effective planning, monitoring, and control of major development projects, driving delivery in line with time, cost, and quality objectives. You will play a central role in shaping project control strategies, overseeing performance, and supporting the company’s long-term vision. What You’ll Do Lead project controls functions across planning, scheduling, cost management, and reporting. Develop and oversee master schedules, budgets, and performance metrics for complex projects. Ensure project risks are identified, evaluated, and managed proactively. Review and challenge contractor schedules and forecasts to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve seamless project execution. Provide leadership and direction to the project controls team, building capabilities and driving continuous improvement. Deliver accurate progress and performance reports to senior management for informed decision-making. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of progressive experience

in project controls within large-scale construction or development projects. Proven expertise in cost control, scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor diverse teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building strong relationships. Strategic mindset with the ability to provide insights that support business objectives and drive project success.
