Overview
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager of Project Control (DEL-251) to lead project management initiatives, oversee project controls across multiple projects, and ensure that deliverables align with the company’s strategic vision. This leadership role includes managing a team of project control analysts and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive efficiency, precision, and successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine project control systems to enhance tracking of initiatives across programs.
- Lead cost estimation efforts and manage budget allocations for multiple concurrent projects.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules with regular updates and reporting.
- Utilize metrics and earned value analysis to monitor performance against targets.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to minimize impacts on timelines and budgets.
- Produce regular performance reports for senior leadership and project stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor the project control team to develop skills and promote professional growth.
- Drive adherence to project management best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to promote synergy and coordination on project objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.At least 9–12 years of extensive experience in project controls, especially in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex project environments.Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and performance metrics.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Mastery of project management software, including scheduling (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and financial tools.Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent are highly regarded.Prior experience in the Middle East's construction sector is advantageous.Benefits
