POSITION SUMMARY Our jobs aren’t just about serving guests during a banquet or event. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. Our Guest Event Experts are skilled in a wide range of event functions with responsibility for making sure the event is well-executed from start to finish. Whether setting up or breaking down the materials, transporting supplies, taking orders, interacting with guests, or anything in between, the Guest Event Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience. Responsibilities

Support the execution of events from setup through breakdown to ensure a seamless guest experience. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. Transport supplies and materials as needed; assist with guest interactions and order taking as part of the event experience. Maintain a safe work environment, uphold company policies and procedures, and ensure uniform and professional appearance and communications. Perform other reasonable duties as requested to contribute to guest satisfaction and business success. Physical / Work Requirements

Guest Service Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and take a hands-on approach to work. Qualifications

Education : High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience : Less than 1 year related work experience. Supervisory Experience : No supervisory experience. License or Certification : None Company Information and EEO Notice
