This role involves understanding customer needs, promoting the company’s product range, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and support.
Job Responsibilities
Promote a range of earthmoving and heavy construction equipment.
Generate new business leads and convert them into rental contracts.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
Obey the daily work management requirements of the company and leaders.
Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote brand awareness.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
5–7 years’ experience in earthmoving or heavy equipment sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license; willing to travel.
