Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Director of Leasing. The Director of Leasing will be responsible for overseeing all leasing activities, managing lease negotiations, administering leases, and ensuring the effective management of properties. The role includes developing and implementing strategies to maximize rental income, maintaining tenant relationships, and ensuring compliance with lease terms and conditions.

Qualifications

• Commercial Leasing and Lease Negotiations skills
• Lease Administration and Property Management experience
• Expertise in managing leases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
