Location : Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations in our Jeddah office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, support management, and lead administrative staff effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations & staff supervision
- Oversee facilities, supplies & vendor coordination
- Handle correspondence, documentation & reporting
- Manage office budgets & ensure cost control
- Support HR in onboarding & office policy implementation
- Ensure compliance with company procedures & safety standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fieldMinimum 5 years’ experience in office managementProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic a plus)Leadership, multitasking & organizational efficiencyTo Apply
