Job descriptionEducation : High School or equivalent. Experience : 2 years of service-based experience with a valid driving certificate. Technical Knowledge / Skills : Good command of English; basic understanding of vehicles and their operation; computer literacy. Strong career support in a global environment. Courier position in Makkah. Full-time, contract-based. Adaptable working times. You will handle quality and service to customers while ensuring accurate documentation and safe deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver shipments within the assigned region and time frame.
- Provide customers with assistance and accurate information on their shipments; collect goods with proper and complete documents.
- Prepare debrief reports at end of each working day and complete all required documents for all gathered shipments.
- Maintain high standards of service, including appearance, vehicle cleanliness and documented plans for customer deliveries.
- Ensure security of deliveries, collected cash, and company vehicle.
- Process month-to-month billing in a timely manner; act as a liaison between clients and credit controllers for billing inquiries and outbound insurance sales where applicable.
