Job Summary

The SAP Fiori Expert is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of SAP Fiori applications across SAP landscapes, including S / 4HANA and ECC-based systems. This role involves managing UX initiatives, modernizing SAP interfaces through responsive, role-based apps, and ensuring seamless integration with back-end systems via SAP Gateway and OData services. The role combines team leadership, hands-on development, client interaction, and solution architecture responsibilities. A strong understanding of SAPUI5 framework, Fiori Elements, CDS Views, and backend authorization structures is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of SAP Fiori projects for both custom and standard applications
• Define Fiori architecture, launchpad roles, catalogs, and groups
• Develop custom SAPUI5 applications using BAS or Web IDE
• Extend and adapt standard Fiori apps using available extension points
• Design and build OData services or expose CDS views for Fiori consumption
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams to define app logic and UX behavior
• Ensure adherence to SAP Fiori design principles and performance best practices
• Configure SAML, SSO, and secure access to Fiori Launchpad
• Support deployment to SAP BTP or on-premise environments
• Maintain documentation, perform unit testing, and ensure transport governance
• Lead UAT, end-user training, and post-go-live support
