Lead and mentor SAP Basis consultants; provide strategic guidance and hands-on expertise in managing and supporting complex SAP landscapes to ensure optimal performance and stability for clients. Responsibilities

Oversee the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP systems in both development and production environments. Lead performance tuning, optimizations, and capacity planning for SAP databases. Monitor system health and proactively address issues to maintain high availability and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement effective solutions to meet client needs. Manage upgrades, migrations, and patches for SAP systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Act as a mentor and leader for junior consultants, providing knowledge sharing and professional development opportunities. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures. Stay informed about the latest SAP technologies and enhancements, evaluating and implementing best practices. Provide on-call support as required for SAP systems.
