Job Description The Talent Attraction Specialist collaborates with the Talent Attraction Team, Regional Talent Acquisition Team, Shared Service, HRBPs, and other regional HR members to develop a sustainable and engaging employer brand proposition and attraction strategy for the Middle East region. The role involves managing backend administration (careers site, social media strategy and channels) and assisting with careers fairs. Additionally, the specialist will help develop the careers attraction strategy and contribute to elements of the experienced hire strategy (LVP, umbrella advertising campaigns). The role also requires involvement in other talent attraction projects and key campaigns. Responsibilities : Social media content : Develop talent attraction strategies for the Middle East careers site and social media channels. Manage a monthly content calendar. Coordinate with internal and external communications for content creation and videography. Identify content suitable for repurposing for talent attraction. Create visuals for campaigns, organic content, and recruiter templates. Ensure all recruitment posts align with branding standards. Careers website content : Monitor the careers site performance using Google Analytics and SEO best practices. Draft blogs and articles promoting our EVP. Revamp existing pages and develop new landing pages as needed. Collaborate with regional and global TA teams to optimize the careers site. Talent pooling : Work with the MEA team to build talent pools to meet recruitment demands. Utilize Beamery (CRM) and Workday for candidate sourcing. Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders in universities and technical colleges. Engage with regional professional bodies such as RICS, RIBA, SEC, ICE. Create talent pools of senior students and recent graduates. Coordinate internship programs for each semester. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in HRM, Communications, Marketing, or related fields. Fluent in both English and Arabic, speaking and writing. Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience. Proficiency in Adobe and Canva is a plus. Knowledge of website coding is a plus. Worker Type :
