Overview
We are looking for a Disputes & Chargebacks Specialist to join our operations team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for processing and managing disputes and chargebacks in line with internal policies and procedures, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations into chargeback and MADA claims, collecting required evidence.
- Manage notifications and prioritize cases from processors and banks.
- Communicate effectively with merchants, financial institutions, and internal teams.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in financial operations, chargebacks, or fraud disputes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and attention to detail.Seniority level
