Responsibilities
Assist the follow-up trading team with daily operations of trading products, including product launches, feature updates, and user training. Monitor product operational status, promptly identify and resolve issues from various business units, ensuring stable system operation. Collaborate with the technical team to optimize product features and enhance user experience. User Operations and Support
Provide professional consultation and support to follow-up trading users, addressing issues encountered during use. Collect user feedback, analyze user needs, and drive product improvements. Plan and execute user activities (such as trading competitions, selection of top traders) to enhance user engagement and loyalty. Data Analysis and Competitor Tracking
Regularly analyze operational data of follow-up products, including user growth, trading volume, and user behavior, and generate analytical reports. Propose product optimization suggestions based on data analysis results to drive product iterations and upgrades. Track market trends and competitors’ product strategies, adjusting operational plans in a timely manner. Qualifications
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, economics, marketing, computer science, or related fields. Work Experience
1-3 years of experience in financial product operations, user operations, or related roles, with a preference for candidates with experience in follow-up trading, forex, stocks, futures, etc. Familiarity with financial product operation processes and an understanding of the basic principles and operational processes of follow-up trading. Skills Required
Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using tools like Excel and SQL for data analysis. Good communication skills and a user service orientation, capable of responding quickly to user needs. Strong writing skills, able to independently complete product documentation and promotional copywriting. In-depth understanding of the fintech industry and familiarity with relevant policies and regulations in the financial market. Strong spoken English, able to communicate fluently. Personal Qualities
