About the Job :

We are seeking a Compliance and Support Specialist to assist in executing compliance initiatives focused on regulatory adherence, third-party due diligence, and training. This role will involve supporting critical compliance-related matters, analyzing data to identify risks and trends, and providing guidance to ensure effective compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage regulatory activities and communications related to compliance.
• Assist in the development and execution of regulatory project plans.
• Monitor and assess applicable regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive regulatory files in compliance with requirements.
• Provide timely regulatory advice to teams and respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities.
• Identify potential compliance risks and assist in developing effective mitigation strategies.
• Develop and implement effective compliance programs and training for employees.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting compliance obligations.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide guidance on compliance matters.
