We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to oversee and implement security operations across the metro network during its Operations & Maintenance (O&M) phase. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, emergency planning, incident response, and risk mitigation within complex transport environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans and procedures for the metro system.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers, staff, contractors, and assets across all metro premises and vehicles.
• Lead and mentor security personnel, fostering a culture of vigilance, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Plan and manage security events, including high-risk operations, VIP movements, and public gatherings within the metro network.
• Oversee and manage incident investigations and reporting, ensuring timely documentation and resolution in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, implement hazard awareness programs, and lead safety / environmental audits and inspections to proactively identify and mitigate threats.
• Collaborate with O&M Contractors and internal teams to ensure alignment with metro security protocols and emergency preparedness standards.
• Support the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws and international best practices.
