We are seeking an Identity Security Sales Manager to be based in the KSA with demonstrated success in sales, enabling businesses to align and modernize their Identity & Access Management (IAM) program. Your Key Responsibilities :
- Identify specific sales opportunities (new business) with prospective clients.
- Engage in activities focused on generating client awareness of IDM Technologies and / or demand for Identity Security-related services.
- Brand ambassador for IDM Technologies and advocate for IDM's offerings and capabilities to key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- To effectively lead the sales process and provide subject matter expertise in all sales engagement (including assessment, design, and implementation of Identity Security solutions.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, IDM partners, and customers during the entire sales cycle.
- To build relationships with key IDM partners, cultivating business development opportunities that contribute to profitable growth.
- Develop and maintain an effective sales pipeline by working with IDM partners and finding opportunities.
- Fulfilment of sales quota quarterly or annually & to achieve the allocated revenue targets.
Skills and Attributes for Success :
7+ years' proven sales experience and success in one or more of the following areas : Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multifactor Authentication (MFA, Passwordless Authentication, IT Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (GRC), Cybersecurity,..Good understanding of relevant technology solutions and market trends in the domains IAM, PAM, GRC,..Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate business relationships with key executives, contacts, and partners.Ability to understand business problems, collaborate with domain experts, and propose effective solutions.Confidently interacts with senior management levels.Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills in English & Arabic (a must).Excellent negotiation, facilitation, problem-resolution, collaboration, and organizational skills.Understanding and / or experience in regulatory requirements, governance, risk, and compliance-related functions will be preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
