Monthly Salary : SAR 5,000
Role Overview We are seeking someone to support the Client Relations administration function on a remote basis. The role focuses on sharing company brochures and marketing literature with prospective clients, recording all outreach activity, and maintaining accurate and well‑coded information in the company CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
Send company brochures and marketing materials to prospective clients through approved digital channels.
Record all outreach activity, client information, and responses in the company CRM.
Administer and maintain the CRM database, ensuring all data is correctly coded, segmented, and up to date.
Support the organization and accuracy of client records and contact information.
Escalate any client responses or qualified leads to the People Operations Manager.
Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing and operations teams.
Candidate Profile Experience : Administrative or CRM data entry experience preferred but not required.
Skills
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good written and spoken communication in Arabic and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM tools (training provided).
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Compensation Monthly Salary : SAR 5,000
