Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the gym and fitness industry.

Identify target audiences and create campaigns to attract and retain members.

Create engaging content in Arabic and English for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.

Manage and maintain the company's website and digital platforms to ensure up-to-date content.

Develop and oversee the social media calendar, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.

Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns to optimize engagement and reach.

Plan and execute seasonal promotions, events, and campaigns to drive membership and sales.

Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with gym offerings and member experiences.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the fitness industry.

Analyze competitor strategies and suggest improvements to marketing initiatives.

Coordinate with other departments, including sales and operations, to ensure cohesive messaging.

Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fitness or gym industry.

Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is a must.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas to engage target audiences.

Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
