We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and support business growth. This role will report directly to the Business Development Manager and will follow his marketing strategy plans. Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy Development : Assist in creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies as directed by the Business Development Manager.
• Content Creation : Develop engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Market Research : Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Campaign Management : Plan and execute marketing campaigns, monitor their effectiveness, and optimize for better performance.
• Brand Management : Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
• Collaboration : Work closely with sales and project management teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Event Coordination : Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company and its services.
• Reporting and Analysis : Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for future strategies. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or facility management industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
